The Membership Committee analyzes individual and corporate MOEMA memberships by region and coordinated with the Public Information Committee to promote recruitment campaigns, and assures that membership services are being provided.
Facilitates the archive of MOEMA records, photos, awards and other related documents.

To coordinate the flow of MOEMA information to the membership, to promote MOEMA and its programs to potential members, to facilitate engagement across various social media platforms and to provide updates to and enhancement of the MOEMA website.

Make by-law change recommendations, keep by-laws current and ensure that by-laws meet all state and federal guidelines.
- Mark Arnold – Chair
To maintain the Missouri Certified Emergency Manager Program (MoCEM) and to review applications for MoCEM certifications.
- Les Boatright – Chair
Maintain MOEMA IT equipment, coordinate with IT vendors and maintain online payment system.
Coordinate the MOEMA nomination process for office and present nominees to MOEMA board members for election.

To coordinate the annual MOEMA Conference and other membership events throughout the year.

Coordinate the bringing in of funds to the organization via membership dues, MoCEM certifications, new programs, and other outlets as determined.
